Room LUCCIO
The triple room LUCCIO, completely renovated in 2025, is on the first floor of the house and has a double bed plus a queen-size bed.
It uses a comfortable bathroom, with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and large shower.
The bathroom is shared with the neighboring Stanza Persico, in case of use of the entire floor for exclusive use by a family or couples of friends (5 beds in total), with living room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking the lake.
A cot/crib for children (0-3 years) can be added free of charge.
The room is large and spacious, about 20 square meters.
